I always love stopping here! the location right off the a1 is super convenient. the staff is friendly. The rooms are clean plus comfortable too. it's awesome that free health club use comes with the stay!
i think the room was quite warm! and not having a coffee shop in the hotel was a bit inconvenient.

the hotel had easy access and good parking. it is a great little pit stop when travelling north. the hotel is near the a1 so it is very accessible!

The location offered convenient access to nearby amenities. Free parking outside was a definite plus. I also found the beds to be super comfy, and I could easily adjust the heating in my room! The staff was very friendly and helpful.
I noticed poor bathroom fittings with some damage . Paying extra for pool access seemed unnecessary. It cost £15 per person. I think it should be included.

The receptionist Susan was very friendly. She was helpful to many guests. There was plenty of parking at the hotel. The breakfast selection in the cafe bar was very good.
Access to the pool did not come with the room. It cost an extra fee. I noticed the bedroom bin had not been emptied. I saw hair in the shower. The heating in the bathroom was blasting, and I was unable to turn it off.

the reception and cleaning staff really go above and beyond. they were chatty and polite. the room was immaculate and very warm. it was also very inviting. the staff ensured i had everything i needed.
the hotel bar didn't have a large variety of drinks on offer. i needed to walk to another building for food. i would have liked to buy a sandwich to take to the room.
